  • Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, saleable packaging with all seals intact.

3. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, and approval is granted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Company Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), Elite Bio Compounds will cover the return shipping cost.

 

 

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
